Please note that all sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer hangtags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
